  Wouldve been better off getting 7 eleven wings. These were so dry and obviously not fresh. On top of that they heavily coated the wings with dry rub. This was a pickup order.

  Horrible service, the waiter looks like she didn’t want to be there. She put our order to go and messed up my order; it was my first time back here after many years and I had a horrible experience.

  First time and last time. The food was dry. Must've been wings from earlier in the week.

  This was my first time ever eating here and what a disappointment! The seating area was nasty.. Waitress took forever to attend to us.. My daughter's chicken was so dry and very hard.. The French fries tasted like old grease..I ordered the grilled chicken wrap with a side salad..I clearly asked was the grilled chicken a tender and the waitress responded with no it's cut into cubes and I said perfect.. Well when it came out it was clearly crispy chicken and not grilled..I called her over to my table to let her know it was not what I ordered so she took it back and I waited another 10 mins and when it came out she sat it on the table and walked away..I looked at it thinking this is not cubed grilled chicken.. My wrap was still not correct.. This time it was the pulled chicken wrap..So,I called her over once again to let her know that it wasn't right but not to bother taking it back because I didn't have time to sit and wait and eat while my other family members were already done eating.. She tried blaming it on the Ipad they use to take the order that it's not clearly labeled for the wraps..I was like yea, ok whatever! My daughter asked twice for two to go boxes and never got them.. She dropped the bill off and she never took off the wrap she entered in the wrong way and then charged us for two drinks that were included with the meal we ordered.. She clearly doesn't look things over! The manager himself knew we had an issue with a few things and never came over to us to apologize..Our waitress was giving off a vibe of "ugghh don't bother me"! I will not eat at this location again and in the future I might give another location a try..

  It’s disappointing to write this because I’ve been a longtime fan of Bdubs and this used to be my favorite location. Unfortunately, over the past year, the quality of the food has declined significantly. The wings are consistently dry to the point where they taste like they’ve been refried multiple times, and the overall freshness just isn’t there anymore. The photo from today says it all: the wings look overcooked and dried out, and the vegetables appear as if they’ve been sitting out far too long. It’s hard to believe that this is considered acceptable to serve. This isn’t an isolated experience either, we’ve had similar issues here multiple times. I’m really disappointed and, sadly, won’t be coming back. It looks like it’s time to find a new go-to wing spot.
