  I normally love tropical smoothie, but it was terrible this time. I understand its not always made by the same person but it was so bad I couldn't even drink it. Too expensive to be that bad. Also came in while the cashier girl was talking about someone she worked with to a friend she was checking out... not very professional but 😮‍💨

  Manager is very professional. Dont talk down to your employees in front of customers.

  Staying at a hotel nearby and decided to give this a try. Ordered 2 cali breakfast flatbreads and they came out without the avocado and chipotle mayo. I asked the worker about it and she says it doesn’t come with it and I said but it does and that’s why I ordered it and she walks away and comes back with a photo of her prep station that indicates avocado and the mayo don’t go on them and she said I can pay for a side of avocado. I said but the menu has it listed right there and pointed up and she snapped at me saying “where?!?!?!” She eventually gave me sides of avocado and mayo but there was no apology or calmness in her demeanor.

  Don't order any bowls here in the morning. They'll just hand you and inedible frozen block of ice. When asked how I was supposed to eat they basically just wanted me to wait. If it was frozen all you had to do was tell me and I'd order something else. The sign on the door for 18+ new hires tracks. Waste of money and time.

  I picked up 5 smoothies on Saturday and they were warm and had no taste at all, even though I selected half turbinado sugar.
