If i could leave zero I would. Store took an order on the app at 12:15 i went at 12:25pm and the store is locked with light on and no one inside. It wouldn’t even let me cancel on the app and no one to call into store to speak with. So no refund and no smoothie. This location is never function correct, management sucks, & the young kids in there are not trained properly. Just close the store. I want my refund at that.

I recently went on a Sunday (6/20) around 1pm and ordered via the mobile app en route to the store for my wife and I. We each ordered a wrap and smoothie. Our food was ready on the pickup shelf when I got we got there (we ordered about fifteen minutes in advance). When I first got there, it appeared that there were only two people working: one preparing food and the other manning the register and also making the smoothies.
When I grabbed my food and asked for the smoothies, the employee at the register seemed a little stunned that there were also smoothies with the order, so after helping the customers she had at the register, she went into the back to make the smoothies. When she got back there, she realized that the store was out of the full smoothie sized cups. That’s when she called to the back for help retrieving the half-sized cups from overhead. And lo and behold, two more employees emerged from the back. I don’t know what they were doing, maybe inventory, maybe cleaning, who knows. But I’m a little surprised neither of them stuck around long enough to help the two working the front who were clearly in over their heads (at least to get through the current rush of orders?). Our smoothies were made in the half cups (two each to account for the full sized smoothie) and then she gave us four straws, which…is fine but did she think we ordered four smoothies? (I just found that funny). I had to go back into the store because the wrong chips were placed in the bag for my wife, but it was an easy swap. My wrap was split and fell apart as soon as I opened the paper. The center of it was cold and part of the wrap itself was burned so there just isn’t consistency, I don’t know if that’s an issue of equipment to procedure. Something was off about the smoothies, but I can’t place my finger on what exactly, they just weren’t that flavorful and the consistency was off compared to smoothies at other TSCs. It may have been missing an ingredient or two, and given that they were out of standard cups, it wouldn’t surprise me if they were out of ingredients too.
I found the two employees working the front to be polite and courteous, but clearly needed some more help from the other half of their shift. The store front and the kitchen were both filthy. There was trash on the floor up front and food all over the floor of the kitchen. I get it, it’s a Sunday - that’s not usually the A-team in the fast food industry, but looking back at a kitchen with food and trash all over the place with at least half the shift not helping up front, it just makes me wonder if the store could use some tighter supervision on a Sunday. I’d be curious if the store is in the same state during the week - from looking at reviews it seems there may be a stark contrast.

I went in a little before 7:30pm on Sunday 5/17, ordered my drink. First off, the store was a mess, and even before I came in, there was smoothie that was thrown in front of the store. It was a young kid with a visor and a red Thrasher shirt on, not very welcoming, and when I asked for a receipt, he basically said oh you can grab the receipt. Like what kind of service is that, and the store was pretty dirty. He could’ve cleaned the store up a bit instead of him sitting in front of the register, on the phone. My smoothie was okay, but the dark chocolate was missing and they mentioned the were out but didn’t confirm to me if it was out or not. Service was subpar and I often come in, but I’m very disappointed with my visit.

First time ordering curbside today from this location and did not have anyone come out to my vehicle. I was disappointed that I had to go in and get my smoothie myself. I also saw a lot of people in and out goofing off with the employees I guess they are friends but it is very unprofessional. I don't know if I will be ordering from this location ever again. If I could give no stars I would.

Place was a "hot mess", appears to be new people training, several girls fixing their hair , and on phone etc. Waited way too long , is anyone "in charge" here today ? Not the best experience today, noticed people getting wrong orders , and leaking messy drinks . Hmmm ..
