  I had a very disappointing experience at Southern Chicken. While eating my meal, I found a hair in my food, which is completely unacceptable. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they were unwilling to refund my money. Instead, they told me I would have to contact corporate headquarters, but the phone number they gave me was incorrect. To make matters worse, the restaurant itself was dirty, which made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation. Between the unsanitary conditions, finding a hair in my food, the poor customer service, and being given the wrong corporate contact information, I will not be returning. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both their cleanliness and how they handle customer complaints.
