  After a frustrating experience elsewhere where I spent nearly an hour waiting and still didn’t get my order, I decided to head over to Sonic—and I’m glad I did. Even on a busy Friday night, Sonic had things moving efficiently. I placed my order and had my food in under 5 minutes. No confusion, no unnecessary waiting, just quick and reliable service. Honestly, Sonic has never disappointed me. Every time I go, the service is fast, the staff is on point, and the overall experience is smooth. It’s a night-and-day difference compared to other places. Definitely my go-to when I want something quick without the hassle.

  Everytime I come to this sonic it's an issue. Ordered a hot dog and was rang up for a foot long. No big deal truly. I tried to get the attention of the girl behind the window for a few minutes with no luck. She finally comes back with the hotdog I let her know the issue and she is steadily still trying to give it to me. She takes my card to process a refund (I'm assuming partial refund as she didn't tell me my card would be charged a second time) and comes back with a new receipt. Says my money will be there in 5-7 business days. So now I am out more money for another week over a simple mistake. I spoke to management- they say they don't issue partial refunds and have to charge me for the whole order again and I would get the refund in 10 days. Issue is the girl did not tell me I would be charged twice other wise I would have just kept the other meal and chalked up the $3 loss. It is always an issue at this place with the same girl working the window. None of the receipts she handed me back are for a refund at all. They all say purchase. So I guess I will see in almost 2 weeks if I'm refunded for a dumb mistake over 6 more inches on a dam hotdog.

  First time ever eating at a Sonic. We got the $7 meal deals and they really didn't disappoint. We all agreed the nuggets were our favorite. Felicity was awesome. The young lady was so friendly and attentive in making sure our order was correct.

  Food is HORRIBLE! My grandson likes the chili cheese dog and fries, but they're never good. Hot dog and fries are always overdone.
