  If I can give no stars o would . I placed an order online and they wouldn’t except my Apple Pay payment and didn’t give me my food I ordered. And demanded I pay cash . On top of all of this the Spanish store manager was was talking crap about my order In Spanish to the employee thinking I don’t understand what the manager is saying .

  My daughter bought two pizzas for our family to watch the World Cup—one pepperoni and one sausage and pepperoni—from the Pizza Hut near ZIP code 22406. Unfortunately, these were some of the most disappointing pizzas I've ever had. The toppings had very little flavor, the sauce was bland, and the crust was forgettable. There was nothing about the pizza that stood out or made me want to come back. Pizza Hut used to be known for having a unique taste and great pan pizza. It feels like the brand has lost what made it special. Domino's reinvented itself years ago by listening to customers and dramatically improving its recipe. I think Pizza Hut needs to take a similar approach because the current product simply doesn't live up to the reputation the brand once had. I genuinely hope Pizza Hut invests in improving its recipes and quality because I'd like to see the brand succeed again.

  If you have a restroom in the lobby, it should be available for patrons. I have no issue with it being only for customers, but employees only is just rude. We ordered here so we could stop on our way and grab food. No restrooms but chairs.

  Don't come here I'd rather drive to woodbridge to get my pizza hut the service here is terrible and unprofessional

  I wish I could give this review a NEGATIVE!!! We had ordered 2 pizzas when they had the $10 special for 3 toppings. They messed up one of the pizzas. We called after we picked up and got home to get the matter resolved. The guy on duty asked if we wanted to come back that evening we declined because it was a drive. He offered to put a $10 credit on our account. We go to order this past week and were told there's NO CREDIT on the account. It was a Spanish lady working thay evening, when asked for corporate information she declined to give it to us and to call back later in the week when the General Manager would be there. Now to me, that's poor customer service. And also after going to the website and putting in a complaint and told we'd be contacted in 1-3 business days from someone and STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED as of today is even worse customer service. We have receipts, timestamps, and screenshots of everything since the beginning!!!!
