  Our order was a little messed up tonight. I am really anxious especially about returns and complaints about food. They were really cool and remade the order perfectly. Thanks yall!!

  My delivery order was over 45 mins to deliver but came additional 15 mins late then the text message I received. It was cold and all the slices were crushed on top of one another. Pizza Hut uses Door Dash. The manager was terrible when I called to complain. He told me to bring it in if I want my money back ! He proceeded to tell me that the credit card company won’t reverse the charges - Good luck with that was his exact words. He didn’t care and it’s poor customer service. Never will I order from Pizza Hut again.

  Don’t go to any Pizza Hut but especially this location they have no customer service. I had an order placed for 7pm delivery at 745 I check and see it’s not even on the way. So I call and finally get through and the women who sounds either high or just doesn’t care says “yeah DoorDash didn’t come get it so we wanted to know if we should remake it”. They didn’t call me I had to call after the order was almost an hour late. Terrible customer service now I have no food and the $60 I spent probably won’t come back for a week and that’s if I am lucky.

  Ordered 5:50pm. Confirmation sent, and Pizza Hut app states 6:18 delivery time but they sent to 3rd party for faster delivery (DoorDash). We did not get our pizza till almost 7:00pm. They say oh it's in heat bags, okay my husband checked the temp on his personal pan pizza and it was 108 degrees. Is the 3rd party (DoorDash) really faster? Go back to hiring your own drivers!!!!! So it took LONGER and the pizza was COLD!!!!
