  A very bad experience. I ordered two pizzas, and I found a disgusting hair in one of them. I called to report what I had found, but it turned out the manager claimed he knew nothing about it. (I do not recommend the Southpoint location.)

  DECIDED NO MORE BUYING STALE PIZZA ……….Very disappointed. I have been buying pizza from this shop continuously for the last 9 years, but this experience was unacceptable. The pizza I received was so stale and hard that I could barely chew it. It honestly felt like toppings were added to an old leftover pizza from yesterday. Customers should never be served food that the staff themselves would not eat. Quality and freshness have gone down badly. After being a loyal customer for many years, I have now decided to change brands and will not order from this shop again.

  Never ordering from PJ again. Not only is it super expensive, but this is the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I ate one piece and it was so bad it went straight into the garbage, and I’m not one to waste food. The crust is flavorless and tough, and the toppings are dry and tough too. Only the cheese layer was cut on my cheesy bread so i had to cut it myself and again, the crust was TOUGH.
