  I will never shut up about how much I love this location. They workers have always had amazing attitudes, delivery is always fast, and the food is always top teir. Out of the year I've been ordering I've experienced one single issue of a driver leaving part of my order and not realizing until they were almost at my door. The manager took care of it so fast I barely had a moment to even comprehend what the issue was! I have a dominoes within walking distance of me, and I will always choose this Papa John's over it any day! If I could give 10 stars I would

  I just walked in the door and ordered from the front desk. People there were very helpful and friendly while I was waiting. The pizza that I ordered was good and was covered very well.

  A very bad experience. I ordered two pizzas, and I found a disgusting hair in one of them. I called to report what I had found, but it turned out the manager claimed he knew nothing about it. (I do not recommend the Southpoint location.)

  DECIDED NO MORE BUYING STALE PIZZA ……….Very disappointed. I have been buying pizza from this shop continuously for the last 9 years, but this experience was unacceptable. The pizza I received was so stale and hard that I could barely chew it. It honestly felt like toppings were added to an old leftover pizza from yesterday. Customers should never be served food that the staff themselves would not eat. Quality and freshness have gone down badly. After being a loyal customer for many years, I have now decided to change brands and will not order from this shop again.
