- SBSteve ButlerAug 21, 20261.0Today I picked up an order of 2 pizzas for my son’s birthday. I placed my order on the app and that went smoothly. Upon my order being ready I went inside to retrieve my order which was ready, however the sales associate was very “what do you want” about the entire process. He did not greet me. He did not ask how he could help me. He just walked up to the counter with dough and flour all over his hands and looked at me until I said “I’m picking up.” Then he asked my name. When I gave it to him he slid my order across the counter and turned to walk away. I asked him for crushed red pepper and his reply was “what?” .. so I paused and repeated myself. Then he gave me a handful of pepper and walked away again. My expectation is that I’m greeted upon entry. I’m asked how I can be helped when I approach the counter. And then after the order is handed over I’m asked if I needed anything else. Perhaps offered a bag. The whole interaction was very much like “why are you in here” I did not feel welcome and I will not be returning to this location again. Also I saw plenty of people with hats on.. did not see hair nets.. did not see gloves at all.. idk if that’s normal but that wasn’t my expectation either. I would suggest that anyone looking for pizza go to the Pizza Hut on plank road just up the way across from the Wawa. This location was not the bees knees. At all. Also my pizza was made sloppily and the cheese is not distributed evenly at all. See photos.
