    The manager, Kevin, did an amazing job greeting everyone, was very warm, and showed courtesy with helping me find an outlet when I needed one. The food was great and nicely prepared. The staff were attentive at the register and you could hear your order clearly. The restaurant was the cleanest Panera Ive seen. Such a pleasant experience. Thank you!

    Their drive through shows no efficiency at all. I placed a drive through order and got to the front for them to tell me one of items was out of order and could order something different or wait 20 minutes. No apology or sense of urgency even though my pick up order says “ready”.

    Thank you to the morning crew on 6/17! You guys were awesome helping me figure out what I should avoid after my surgery. The time you took to look up the ingredients is definitely top tier customer service. Ya’ll are awesome.

    This Panera is awful. Souffles are supposed to be out till 10:30 and if they run out, they are supposed to make more. They never do… this wouldnt be a huge deal to me except that I frequently try to order breakfast from them around 9:30 and every morning I do they confirm my order without checking to see if they have the items I want. This actually goes for anything in their bakery. DO NOT accept orders if you dont have the items. Its not rocket science, check before confirming. Then after they confirm they will either send me the uncompleted order (so I have to deal with the process of getting a refund) and my 5 y/o is without breakfast or they will call me and tell me they are out of it, after a driver has already been sent to pick it up so if I cancel it Im charged for their negligence. They can cancel the order but they dont want it to affect their metrics so you the customer suffers when they could be doing any number of things to mitigate the problem. 1) Keep items in stock for the amount of time that corporate says you should 2) Update your delivery service menu to reflect current availability 3) Dont accept an order before confirming items are in stock. This happens way too often and its ridiculous.
