  I often visit this Panera for lunch, sometimes eating there and sometimes getting take-out. Most of the employees are personable and skilled, working fast to prepare food quickly and accurately. Carter was expecially kind on my recent visit as he made my sandwich and then corrected a mistake I had made when ordering. His nice smile, kind personality, and efficient, competent work in the kitchen was outstanding!

  Employees talk to customers as if they're mentally inept, and the atmosphere feels very barren. There are other sandwich shops with better customer service anyway. Horrible time.

  I bought some of the new sandwiches, but nowhere did I read that they were frozen—what a huge mistake! I paid $40 for frozen food. I am so disappointed and angry; I would have been better off just going to Wawa instead. And those "Dubai cookies" are a total rip-off—they are tiny and have absolutely none of the filling shown in the picture, yet they cost $3 each! Plus, I ordered a large mocha and they gave me a regular one. What a frustrating drive-thru experience!

  So, they ran out of croutons. We wanted salad and French onion soup. So, I asked if we could have a little extra bread to put in the soup. “No, we don’t give out extra bread” But they do expect you to be satisfied with items missing ingredients. Like bread… Can’t make this up.
