  This place has gone down hill. Haven’t been there in a while but did not expect it to be that bad. I always get the Mona’s Special with shredded beef and my wife and kids get the fried chimichangas with shredded beef. The chile rellenos were stuffed with mashed potatoes instead of cheese and the beef on top tasted like Indian food. It had a lot of nutmeg. Same with the beef in the chimis. Also the beef had peppers and onion all through it, which it never had before. We also had dessert, the fired ice cream and sopadillas. We use to love their fried ice cream but this time it was horrible. The cornflakes on the outside were soggy and stale at the same time!🤷🏽‍♂️ The sopadillas were suppose to be fried puff pastry but they were flat and not good at all. The ice cream tasted freezer burnt and had huge chunks of ice all through it. The service was not bad but we will definitely not be coming back because of the quality of the food.😔

  Not impressed with the quality of food every time I go here. This time, I got the carnitas, my dish came with little portion of meat and every single piece had nothing but fat. The chips tasted “off” and had a harsh taste to it. Service was good, she was the bartender, taking tables outside the bar and was very attentive. I’m giving a 3 star strictly on the food alone.

  The food was meh. But I got the enchilada platter. I was told the quesadillas were really good. We liked a server a lot and the rest of the staff were awesome. Just wasn't my favorite!
