If i could give less starts, I would. This location consistently gives you less than what you pay for. My kids and I do "Friday Fry Day" every friday and we order small, medium and large fry mies, yet every single time the large fries are only half filled. Every single time. If you mention anything to the workers or managers, theyre exceptionally rude. I recently bought 5 large fries, spent almost $30 for freaking French fries, and not a single one was full. Wish it would let me post pictures because I have plenty. Now I've taken to filling out the survey on the receipt every time.

Went to get some food after a long day on the road last night around 11:30, unfortunately there was a truck on the parking lot close to the drive thru so the worker had a hard time understanding us on that already muffled speaker, so we had to literally scream our order, as we picked it up i immediately noticed that our drinks looked rather small considering that we ordered two large meals, but i thought maybe i forgot how a large drink cup looks, as we were driving off i noticed a missing item and as i looked on the sticker i finally saw that they in fact gave us two medium drinks, as we circled back around for the missing item i pointed it out to the worker that we had two large meals, she said that the other lady rang it up as two large fries and two medium drinks??? I had to explain to her that we ordered two large meals so why would a medium drink come with a large meal?? She offered a small drink to make up for it but in reality we actually overpaid since they rang up everything separately, I wish this would be where the story ends but on top of that the food was everything but fresh, the fries tasted like they were cooked in fish grease, the filet o fish tasted old and had a pickle on it? Since when does a filet o fish come with pickles?? The nuggets were dry and our burger bun looked as if it was burnt. If it wasn’t for a 20% off reward that I had on my app this food would have cost me $31, absolutely unacceptable, this is why ordering “cook to order” is essential but we forgot to mention that since we had a long day as mentioned previously, and even with ordering “cook to order” it doesn’t guarantee that everything is on point sometimes.

I got my food after having to ask where it was and being told they didn't know..according to them too many people were working on orders and someone lost mine.. I had a QPC plain a spicy chicken sandwich and a regular QPC. The plain QPC had pickles and the Reg had no pickles. I asked them to remake the plain one or give it a different bun as my son will not eat it. They then gave it to the person beside me who brought it back saying he had gotten an extra burger. The employee then tried to hand it to me and said oh sorry this was for you..im sorry absolutely not as the guy haf literally taken it out of the box to check it. The employee then got upset and told the manager I was being difficult because I didn't want to take a burger that had been touched by someone I dont know and give it to my son to eat. By now the fries and other sandwiches are cold and I still had no plain QPC. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do it and the QP was coming up now. When I got it there was no cheese but I was so completely over it I grabbed the burger went to gian bought some cheese(which I needed anyways) and put cheese on it myself. I worked a 12 hour shift and wanted something quick for the family because I knew I was too tired. An hour there for food that wasn't right and was cold and soggy by the time I got home. Unfortunately this b isnt my first bad experience with this mcdonalds.its just close to the house. Now I try to avoid getting mcdonalds at all if I can especially from this one. Not even to mention the managers are rude majority of the time for their own mess ups. Sorry you have no ice and I asked for some..hope this helped and everyone have a great day/night.

The worker named Neveah is just straight up rude. This is the second time I’ve asked for sauces (keep in mind I have a family of 6) and she has handed me one singular packet. When I asked for more she had a nasty attitude, I told her nicely that it’s for my family so I’m gonna need more than two and she handed me one more saying “I gave you 3 that should be more than enough” “next time ask in the drive thru”. It’s not the sauces, I don’t care that’s not a big deal and she should get that too. It’s her behavior and how she’s treating customers. I get it work can get frustrating at times, but you still should keep composure towards your customers.
