  I've been here a few times recently with another adult and children and the experiences have not been good, but this one was the worst. The food: The Happy Meals were standard McDonald's food, though the quality and freshness of the French fries was questionable. For some reason the Sprite at this particular location (fountain machine) tastes like mold. Service: Horrible! The absolute worst I've ever had anywhere, and it wasn't just me. While I was waiting for my food another person came in and ordered and was treated horribly as well. They asked me when the employee walked away from the counter into the back if I had received better service and I said no. The young people who work here at night need to be trained on customer service and simple manners. They are rude, dismissive, and some don't even speak except to give you the order total. One young woman in particular is very rude and sarcastic, snapping at you if you ask for anything like a straw because they're out in the fountain area. The only reason I gave one star was because of one young woman who works here at night (dark hair, glasses) who seems to be the only one who actually wants to work and is at least professional with her customers. The atmosphere: It's been quiet here when I've visited in the evening hours. I'm not complaining as I prefer a quarter environment but I'm wondering if they might have a local reputation because of the poor service. The bathrooms are always dirty when I'm here, especially the ladies room. This last visit the playplace was worse than ever, as were the restrooms and a few tables - dirty & unsanitary - despite the fact the restaurant was empty except for my party of people, for over an hour, except for one other patron who came in, ate and left, and less than a handful drive-through visits. The employees could not even be seen in the restaurant or the back prep area, but certainly had time to clean the bathrooms, tables, and remove the dirty cup that sat there for more than an hour. Every table & chair in the play place had food or beverages on it, as did the floor. Whoever the manager is here really needs to be made aware of how bad their weekday evening shift is, because ultimately, employee problems like this are a reflection on management and the restaurant they are supposed to be representing.

  Love Micky D’s food but if you want a shake FORGET it .. I ice cream machine is ALWAYS down. Seems to be a thing all over this area as well!! No shakes because ice cream machine down. 🥲

  Definitivamente muy desagradable atención , la señora que entrega las órdenes en ventanilla no nos dio bebidas a los 3 happy meal para mis niños y nos dijo les regalo jugo para que no se atoren , lamentable atención , mis niños no les dieron bebidas , y ella muy grosera

  This is the worst McDonald's in the Fredericksburg area. Every time I go (because it's closest to my house) they get the order wrong. Just now I picked up a 6 piece nugget happy meal for my son and they only put 4 nuggets in the 6 piece box. SMH if you go here just check EVERYTHING in your order
