  Slowest drive thru on planet earth, guaranteed 20 Minute line wait at any time of the day. Never seen anything like it honestly, the most unfast food service ever

  The Fredericksburg Police Department Security Unit in the front of the building that goes off if someone parks in the lot some as it did last I was there, inhibits delivery drivers from going to hotspots due to it’s intimidating factor. The business needs to be more welcoming to delivery drivers as long as they are welcome with them. The business should have more morning staff for busier mornings to increase overall business readiness, because night shift seems overwhelmed in some cases. Calling every parking customer a “loiterer” on the FPD unit, is not a good atmosphere for a restaurant and can hold McDonalds and FPD liable to an extent. It’d be better to have a cop parked there sometimes or security. Management needs to check in on their employees more. I once saw a night staff member almost faint because they were so exhausted and overworked. They handed me a delivery and I couldn’t do anything except pray for them. #DoBetterForStaff . Thanks to all the hard workers at the location though.

  Out of everywhere I have traveled this has to be the slowest McDonald's I've ever seen. At least four of the times I've been there I had to leave without food after waiting 20 minutes or longer in the Drive-Thru before I could even make my order. It would be understanding if there was a line of cars but there was only a couple of cars in front of me with no cars at the window.

  I sat here for nearly 2 hours relaxing today, eating my breakfast (which was HOT, fresh and delicious), sipping on the new mango pineapple refresher (which is delicious) and enjoying some down time. Not once did I hear crude language, loud and obnoxious talking, etc. the place is clean, peaceful, relaxing, and the staff are polite and courteous. This has honestly been one of the best experiences at a McDonald's that I've ever had in my entire life. And I'm 40 so that's a lot lol. Love this place! keep up the great work y'all!

  Customer service sucked was complimenting their music and she shut the window in my face. no have a nice day or thanks .not to mention also no greeting.. hi here's ur total or here's ur order nothing just takes my money and hands me food and shuts the window in my face ..this location is the only thing really open and convenient for me in my day so that is y I order here but not just this incident. There is others of just not pleaseant like theyre there just to get paid whether they do good or even decent job this location needs to work on their customer service ..and im speaking from 20 years of experience so do better also don't give someone a greasy 4 hour or more old double cheeseburger when I order a mcdouble they have different ingredients duh
