The employees at the register consistently provide poor customer service. On more than one occasion, I was served chicken that was undercooked. When I brought it back, there was no apology or concern, just an attitude while they took it away. The food is also excessively greasy. Several times, my meal has come with so much oil that it pooled in the bottom of the takeout container, nearly filling half the box. The food is literally dripping with oil when you pick it up. I’ve raised concerns about both the undercooked chicken and the excessive oil, but nothing has changed. I’ve also repeatedly mentioned that the bathrooms never have hand soap, yet that issue is never addressed either. It’s concerning that a restaurant would consistently neglect such a basic hygiene issue. At this point, I have to question the management of this location. If you’re deciding between locations, save yourself the frustration and go to the Woodbridge location instead. The service, food quality, and overall experience there are significantly better.

I order online with NO sauce and it still comes sauced.... I order online with sauce on the side and it still comes drowning in the sauce. I do not want the sauce... I want the seasoned chicken, cheese, and fries. I have tried ordering this meal every way possible and somehow its still not correct. This place is rarely busy so i am confused on how it consistently gets messed up.
