- PPPaul PetersonMay 20, 20261.0Today May 20 2026 at 1000AM I was shopping at giant food store in Celebrate Virginia. There was a lady in the store who was shopping and had a white dog in the shopping cart. This is very unsanitary it’s enough to have to wipe the carts off. I hope you take all of the carts and sanitize them so that I feel more comfortable shopping here. There should further be a policy of no dogs except service dogs allowed in the store.
- AOAung OakkarMar 28, 20261.03 men at self check out needed help. Help skipped the closest and the first customer who is Asian and went to help the black man and the white man first. This was once a great Giant that I would drive 20miles for. Very disappointing development at the Celebrate area.
- MSMarc SMar 4, 20261.0UPDATE: I reported an unresolved issue, and continue to be ignored by magement. They clearly don't care about their customers at all. Go somewhere, anywhere, else. ___ I had an issue with my membership card. The self checkout cashier told me to go to the customer service counter. After explaining my issue (discounts were not being applied, even though it accepted my number), she verified the issue, then deleted my profile to recreate it. 15vminutes later, the issue continued. She just shrugged and said I needed to talk to customer service. I drew her attention to the big "CUSTOMER SERVICE" sign over her head. She just shook her head and said no, I have to Google the 800 number, call them instead, then walked away. The issue is still not resolved, but it doesn't matter because I'll not be going back. My coworkers and I can just as easily go to Walmart a block away. Lower prices, better selection, and apparently more professional staff.
