Food it’s good, service sucks, every time you order online they always missing something in your order, so many people working there and they’re not able to look at the order right.

Wow! What an experience I had. First time ever coming to Einstein bagels and placing an order for pick up on top of that. I made an online order, got a great deal with the coupon for 13 bagels and an iced coffee and I wanted to make a customization which they don’t offer online, so I called. I was greeted with a very friendly bubbly associate and she easily put my customization in with no issues. I was very surprised that we still have that type of customer service around here. I placed an order at 10:30, showed up at 10:28 order was fresh, nicely packed and ready. I recieved two iced coffees instead of one and when I grabbed the associate Dylan, (side note: it was extremely busy and he took a minute to stop and smile and attend to my need) and stated two coffees were made but I ordered one. He smiled and said take it they are both yours we made an extra. Not only was customer service superb, but the environment, atmosphere, timeliness and overall experience will bring me back here often. I called to report to the store how grateful I was for customer service still existing like this in the world we live in and he thanked me very much. He was the manager on duty named Matt, and what I appreciated the most was he was going to send a group chat to his team to discuss today’s win! What a great leader! I will be back :) natalijha

This has got to be probably the 4th or fifth time I’ve waited an 45 mins to and hour for my food that I had already order online an HOUR PRIOR. I live in stafford and make my order an hour before I have to go get it to simply by pass the madness in the store and I still have to wait another 45 mins for it actually be to ready when I get to the store. This store is ran by teenagers and unfortunately have ZERO sense of urgency. The accuracy of the food is almost ALWAYS wrong. Im either missing bacon or missing avocado etc. I told my self today was the last time I will be eating there and switching to Botta bing in stafford :)

I have been to this location 3 times now. The first was shortly after it opened and it was fine. The last two times I have pre ordered using the app. It is apparent some items are better than others to order if going this route especially if you need it by a certain time. Today I used the bagel promotion to get a bakers dozen with spread for 15 dollars. I asked for it to be ready at 1230. I did not walk out of the place with my order until 1:10. While the employees were friendly, after the third time being told it would be 10 more minutes your patience pretty much ends. A man, I'm assuming the manager did offer coffee snack etc for the wait. That being said after waiting you get the hot bagels put into a box they sweat!! And were not even sliced as the order read. I appreciate the attempt at remedying the problem with extra bagels and spread but truthfully I would have preferred my order be on time. I really wanted to like this location but I will not likely be coming back. I would recommend elsewhere. To any of the corporate reading this please please please have your app reflect what can realistically be ready at a certain time if the specialty bagels can not please DO NOT allow someone to try to order it! Updated to add I did get a refund for my order. That being said it is very doubtful I will be back. Hopefully other people have better experiences in the future.

Big NO for Einstein Bros. Bagels. The whole experience was a headache, and the food wasn't even close to being worth it. The restaurant was busy, so we tried ordering online. The website wouldn't work, so we downloaded the app, and that didn't work either. After wasting about 20 minutes trying to place an order, we finally waited in line only to be told their online ordering system was down. If that's the case, why wasn't there a sign letting customers know? We placed a very small order—a shake, a cheese bagel with cream cheese, and an All Nighter breakfast sandwich—and still waited 30 minutes. The shake was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like Hershey's syrup blended with ice, and the whipped cream appeared to be Walmart's Great Value whipped topping. Why am I paying around $6 for what tastes like a homemade generic milkshake? After finally getting our food, we discovered BOTH BAGELS WERE WRONG. We were given someone else's order entirely. The receipt and photos clearly show what we ordered versus what we received. We ended up leaving because we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for the chance of getting the correct food. Honestly, I'm not surprised orders keep getting mixed up because the bags weren't labeled at all. There was no name, no receipt, and nothing to identify whose order was whose. To make matters worse, another customer cut in front of us at the register. An employee saw it happen but still took their order anyway. Thankfully, another customer was kind enough to let us back in front of them. The restaurant itself was disorganized and messy. It felt like no one knew what they were doing, despite this location having been open for a while. As for the food we did receive, it was just okay—nothing memorable and everything tasted generic. Overall, I'd rather save myself the time, money, and frustration and just make breakfast at home or even better yet, visit the local Panera instead.
