On a Saturday morning only 3 different doughnuts? Help me understand the word doughnuts is in your name! I could understand a late night Wednesday having a limited amount to choose from but a Saturday morning. I chalk it up to poor management or poor ownership.

They wanted me out of the drive thru line but since I had already paid for my order I was forced to sit and wait. None of the workers inside had any urgency despite the long line and seemed to just be wandering around. Took 15 more minutes before someone actually came out with my order (toasted bagel) Edit: bagel was untoasted
- SSSageMay 25, 20261.0It seems that everyone is too busy doing their own thing to pay attention to a customer. I stood there I don’t know how long until someone finally came to take my order. It seems they prioritize the drive thru. Which I understand but please prioritize the customers coming into your lobby as well. Was given attitude and a look from one of the girls. Almost felt like she didn’t want to be there and felt a “ugh what do you want” vibe coming from her. She also seemed to rush my drink and complain when I wanted it remade. Waited forever for two sandwiches. I usually love this locations food since the other one tasted like plastic but when it’s rushed and burnt…I’m not a fan. Not a very sanitary place as well. They don’t wash the spoons after and just toss the used spoon into the next drink. YUCK 🤢! I try not to make a pity party especially when they’re busy. If you like long waits , rude girls and bitchy managers this is your go to place :) I’ll definitely be going to a different dunkin from now on. Shame. Please get new staff & Management !:)
