  I get my dunkin from other locations, this was the first time I got it from this one. Waaaay to much milk used. Couldn't even taste my coffee. Servers were very nice. Quick experience.

  My first time visiting this location.. I stated my order and waited about 6 minutes behind a vehicle while watching the cashier and the customer throw straw paper back and forth playing.. while I continued to wait in the drive thru there was no items given so as the cashier laughed and continued to play with her mom she stated it was her mom several remarks (she continously playfully yelled as if she did not have anyone else waiting in line) Once she was done having her conversation I got to the window and my drink was wrong and completely disgusting as I drove back around and informed them the drink was wrong a cashier stated "it's cheaper" sadly I didn't recall asking for their cheapest drink there. Anyways the cashier who took the order realized she made the mistake and put the wrong drink in to be made. I was refunded but I will not return to this location. Very unprofessional

  Please do not go here after 8 am the food is undercooked and the staff is unprofessional. The manager is terrible they ignore your concerns and do not care

  So many franchises available, but I go out of the way to visit this particular franchise. Super friendly staff who just get it right!!
