  It took entirely too long to place our drive thru order because whoever was taking it was not competent enough to follow very simple details. They kept confusing themselves by repeating our orders and getting them wrong. We ordered bagel sandwiches and the bread was SO STALE. Our iced coffees had granulated sugar all at the bottom because apparently it isn't common sense to use liquid sugar with COLD drinks. I tried contacting the location for a refund and was told I had to physically come back to the store- RIDICULOUS. People are traveling through this area all the time for long distance trips. That is NOT a solution. Do NOT stop at this dunkin, it's not worth it. There are several others in very close proximity. Still waiting to hear back from someone in "management" for resolve. I have a big feeling I'll never hear from them.

  This place has always been great every time I go, shout out to the employees and managers here. There's also a manager who worked at the Rt. 1 location who works here now, it's always a pleasure to see her still here. Thanks for all you do.
