  If I could give zero stars I would! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They get your order wrong even though I placed an order through the app and pointed it out to them no apologies, no nothing and even forgot to give me some of my items and one drink. I will not patronize this Dunkin again! And when you ask to speak to a manager they are rude and claim no one is available. I don’t think they realize that we do not have to spend our hard earned money to purchase things from there! I will be going to the Starbucks right by them and paying more for better food and definitely better customer service!!!

  I usually do not write reviews, but I used to love coming to this place as a regular, but I think I would rather take my business somewhere else. The way this location is ran is unorganized, and the staff barely ever want to do their job. Management needs to step up. I wish I could put names, but of course they weren’t wearing name tags. I came in on a Saturday night, and it was prom night and was very busy out. I came in shortly before closing with the intention of tipping out the workers well, as I wanted dozens of donuts and milkshakes made. The lady was up front with the door unlocked counting the money before the stores closing hours which was 9, which I found very inconvenient. There were 3 staff in the building, and none of them greeted, nor treated me like they wanted, or appreciated my business as a regular. I also feel like the location should be open later than 9pm especially on weekends. Sometimes when I try to stop by at 8pm they are closed. Customer service needs to be way better! Do better Baskin Robbins & Dunkin!!

  They are just horrible here . Have to repeat your order several times when ordering and it’s still always wrong . & they are rude .

  FYI — the friendly and welcoming smiles will truly be missed on my way to work. For almost two years, I went out of my way just to be greeted by them. In a world where genuine customer service is becoming rare, the owner needs to take a close look at what is happening in your business. Customers in general do not get greeted, spoken to in an unprofessional manner, and profanity within earshot of customers.
