I asked for Lime Wedges and they didn’t even seem interested in trying to find me some, I was told “we don’t have any” they never have any lime wedges prepared and ready for the customers it’s highly annoying. I had time today to leave a review. Do better at providing good customer service, I will be complaining to corporate ONCE again.

I came in at a good time to grab something to eat for my family. Seems like the workers need to be trained a little bit more when it comes to listening to what you want for your order. I had mentioned what I wanted and I had said it loud and repeated it. The workers kind of seem like they were on autopilot and not really listening at this location. I had mentioned I wanted Carnita Pork and they ended up labeling one of my items as a veggie bowl. They also put lettuce to one of the bowls even though I said I didn't want any lettuce. They took it off but still they should have remade the whole thing because it's contaminated especially with the outbreak that's going on can't be playing around with lettuce. When it came to me paying, I paid half cash half card and the person that took that initial transaction ended up leaving the register and then someone else took their place which I mentioned that I paid half cash already and it should be in their drawer I said that to the person and I ended up paying twice for some reason when I initially paid the other half with the other person that was at the register. The cash that I paid should have went straight to the drawer before the person left and communicated properly to the next person. But for some reason, the transaction was not completed correctly at all causing the customer to pay twice. The workers are not communicating with each other at all. Didn't see much teamwork when I came in. And I understand, they get multiple people a day. But you got to handle it and multitask in a restaurant. Plan to not go to this location again. I'm glad I looked at my bank statement and I have the receipt to dispute this.

Chipotle where do we start? This was my second night trying chipotle at another location previously…this location looked good food looked fresh cooked and delicious but the brand and the food is not what the people will always remember. It’s the ones that represent you guys. Not sure if people are trained to finger blast peoples rice that go in their burritos but this is what I experienced tonight again after my 2nd night in a row trying a different location..I just came to the conclusion chipotle doesn’t really care who they hire usually it’s just a bunch of school kids. No wonder when I walk into any chipotle establishment I am skeptical about food safety and handling because weren’t you guys in the news for ecoli before? 2015? The worker on Thursday night greeting people asked me what can he get for me I said burrito white rice. I looked at the rice container barely a full scoop in there instead of getting more he gives me the rice there and presses the rice down against the tortilla with his hands obviously he has gloves…none the less you don’t need to finger my rice. When I asked why he was touching my rice he said “because I can” do you touch every ingredient after you put in the burrito? You touch the beans? The meat after you scoop it? The salsa? Just swirling your finger around in it while making eye contact with customers? Is that your thing? I mean if that’s your thing why not go to a sushi place where you can finger blast everyone’s rice but if you have a spoon you scooped it with let’s be more civilized and use that instead of our hands like we are back in the old country or something. Let’s be sanitary when taking customers orders and not put your whole palm in their rice for their burrito. Chipotle has gone down hill least in the Fredericksburg area. I do not want your hands in my rice.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Chipotle location. While ordering, I politely asked whether one of the items was meat before deciding if I wanted it. The employee ignored my question because she was busy talking to someone else. When I asked again why she hadn't answered me, she took the food and dramatically threw it into the trash right in front of me with a very rude attitude. I was shocked by how disrespectful and unprofessional this was. I wasn't being rude—I was simply asking a question about the food I was ordering. I asked to speak with the manager because this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve basic respect, and no one should be treated this way for asking a simple question. I hope management takes this seriously and provides additional customer service training. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.
