  This has to be by far the worst Chipotle in this area. They're always out of product which makes no sense to be out of anything mid afternoon and the customer service is always terrible BY FAR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE

  They just dumped everything and made it sloppy. Guacamole is never fresh at this place. Who ever manages this place is doing a terrible job, this place used to be my go to but it now has gone to dumps this is my 5th bowl that has been a hot unfresh mess. I just give up on this location.

  This was honestly the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We ordered on the app, paid for the food already, and showed up exactly at the pickup time it told us. Our order wasn’t ready, and when we asked about it, the workers acted like they could not care less. No apology, no help, nothing. We showed them the order confirmation and they literally just shrugged at us like it was our problem. After standing there getting ignored, we gave up on the online order THAT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR and tried ordering in person instead. Somehow it got even worse. The portions were an absolute joke. They were scooping tiny little scraps into the bowl like the food was coming out of their own paycheck. For almost $15, I got what looked like 3 bites of food. I’ve seen side dishes bigger than the portions they served. The employees were rude, lazy, and completely unprofessional. Nobody wanted to help, nobody cared, and the entire place felt miserable. It honestly seemed like the workers hated the customers for even being there. We ended up walking out because the portions and service were THAT bad. Complete waste of money and time. If this is how this Chipotle is run, management seriously needs to clean house. I beg you to literally go anywhere else. Thanks for wasting my 50 bucks chipotle, I hope all your workers get fired.

  Serena (or Sabrina) was an absolute rockstar! She handled the entire front line completely alone while the queue kept growing. She stayed calm, friendly, and super efficient the whole time. Honestly don’t know how she doesn’t burn out. She deserves major recognition! Unfortunately, the store was badly understaffed for the dinner rush. The restaurant was messy, the cashier was on his phone (hopefully trying to get back up), and no one from the back came up to support the line. I skipped the brown looking guacamole, my brown rice was mushy, and overall the food was pretty bleh. This location has always been pretty bad. I wanted to give it another chance, but I clearly shouldn’t have. Hope they improve staffing and quality soon.

  I actually ordered at another store, but the app sent it to this one; didn't have an easy means of cancelling or switching the order to where I was, so drove to this one. Parking lot full of weed; in my clothes, hair, stinging eyes, unpleasant. Food was ready, but not the usual full bowl/presentation not there. Just not the experience I'd ordered. The other issue is that this isn't the first time to find that in the parking area- of all the Chipotle stores, I've come to occasionally think of this one as "the weed Chipotle" which is unfortunate as I would rather not think of any of the stores like this (I would have cancelled by some other means; breathing it is always a downer and not good for women looking toward pregnancy).
