The shells were completely broken and crushed, and the toppings and fillings were just thrown all over the container. It looked like the tacos had been taken apart and tossed together. I picked this order up myself, so this wasn’t even a delivery issue. I was really disappointed to open my order and find it looking like this. I ordered tacos, not a taco bowl.

Well it wasn't seasoned enough, the sour cream was watery and I had to spit out too many undercooked grains of rice. This wouldn't stop me from stopping here again but if it happened twice I'd be hitting an U-turn immediately.

Asked for new chips and got more stale chips. No napkins, no hand sanitizer, all three trash cans overflowing. If I did this kind of stuff when I worked at Chipotle they would’ve executed me behind the dumpster. I get that these kids are probably underpaid but what happened to this establishment? Should’ve just hit McDonald’s fr one star
