When I asked how long the wait would be for steak, I was told that the employee was currently cooking chicken and would cook the other meats afterward, then immediately asked if I just wanted chicken instead. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. The morning staff is usually great, but the afternoon and evening shifts often seem uninterested and have poor attitudes. Being out of multiple key ingredients during dinner hours and providing poor customer service is frustrating. Unfortunately, this location continues to disappoint.
