Repeated the item I wanted. She responded, "Oh yeah, that's what I meant to say," so I assumed the order had been fixed. When I got to the window, the order was still wrong, and was asked to pull into a parking spot while they remade it. While waiting, an employee came out, not with my food, but to ask me to pay the difference for the "upgrade" that had been made at the window. This should have been handled before I was sent to wait, not after I had already pulled away. By the time I received my order, the fries were cold, the bun was soggy, and there were no napkins or straws included. The entire process was disorganized from start to finish, with poor communication and multiple mistakes. A very disappointing experience overall.

I’m watching vehicles make 3-point turns to make it around the corners of the lot. They also installed a yellow speed bump border around the drive thru taking up even more space.
