- SPShannon PeughJul 18, 20262.0I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly frustrating. I placed a large work order in advance, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Instead, I waited about 25 minutes while employees tried to figure out which order was mine. During that time, they attempted to hand me three different orders that belonged to other customers before finally locating mine. After they found it, I still had to wait another 20 minutes before receiving my food. When I got back to work, we discovered that a significant portion of the order was missing. One employee didn’t receive their entire meal, and several others were missing their sides. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times but couldn’t get through. Hours later, I finally reached someone who said they would investigate and call me back. To their credit, they did call back in a reasonable amount of time. However, they told me they reviewed the security cameras and determined that only one order of fries was missing. I explained that this was a work order, and after distributing the food it was obvious that one person had no meal at all and several others were missing sides. Instead of acknowledging that there could have been a mistake between what was packed and what was handed out, I was repeatedly told their cameras showed everything was correct except for one fry. At that point, I asked for a refund for the missing item they admitted to, only to be told refunds can’t be processed over the phone and that I would have to come back to the restaurant in person. This entire experience wasted well over an hour of my time, left multiple coworkers without the food that was paid for, and ended with customer service essentially telling me that what we experienced didn’t happen. Mistakes happen, but refusing to acknowledge them and making customers jump through more hoops to fix them is unacceptable. I won’t be using this location for future work orders. This wasn’t just a missing fry—it was a mishandled large order, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability when the issue was reported.
