  Generally, the food is great but the service is provided with less smiley people. We were pleased this time, to see this young lady that was super helpful and very good at her job.

  30 minutes before they close, I wanted to glaze salmon. They told me that they wasn't fixing anymore 'cause they're about to close, who does that you suppose to share the customer from the time the doors open until the door's locked, not tell me 30 minutes before if corporate knew he was doing this, they would let you go cause. They're losing money. You know how many clay salmon they can sell in 30 minutes and you all are preventing this coming from making that type of profit and you think you can just say anything to me when I'm spending my money?.

  I love the food here but I only come once a year cause I live so far away. I absolutely love the flavors in the food and today Christian really step up with quality customer service that is lacking in other establishments these days. He was patient and knowledgeable telling me what things were and completing my order with calmness and ease. Thank you Cava for the delicious food and great staff!

  Christian Amaya was so friendly along with all the team members! The service was great! Everyone was so friendly and they made my day! I haven’t been here in awhile and I will definitely come back!

  This was my first time at this Cava. The pick-up line staff are suuuper baseline and unfriendly.. they forgot my pita chips in the bag. I called and whoever I spoke to with an accent was very nice about it. When I got back to the window, I got a “yes sir?” from the girl that just seen me and handed me my food. I look nothing like a sir, but I do have locs. Either way I felt like that was purposeful. When I corrected her and said “uhh ma’am? I just called about the pita”, her face looked annoyed and she closed the window. Came back with pita that was so overcooked it was inedible anyway.. I’ll probably try at a different hour next time. The food was great!!
