    The food and service at this location is not the same standards as others I have been to. The bartender spent more time talking to one couple than serving or cleaning the bar. Glasses and dishes stacked up without cleaning for other customers to be able to sit. The sales had brown lettuce throughout. The pasta was not as good as others locations. Hopefully the manager does a better job to train wait staff and cooks.

    The service is great my serverCiara was an awesome server very friendly and attentive I also had the pleasure of her serving me at the bar as well very sweet young lady I would recommend her if you're going there

    My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We felt that we were treated poorly from the moment we arrived. The customer service was unprofessional, and we experienced what felt like unfair treatment and a lack of respect. We were left waiting while other customers seemed to receive much more attention and better service. As immigrants, this experience made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. No customer should be treated differently or made to feel less important. The only employee who treated us with kindness, respect, and professionalism was Rihanna. She was attentive, helpful, and made an effort to ensure we were taken care of. She is the reason this review is not even lower. I hope the supervisor and management recognize Rihanna for her outstanding work and address the poor treatment we experienced. This was our first visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, it will also be our last.

    Came here tonight for my mother’s birthday at her request. She has always liked this restaurant, and this is where she wanted to go for her birthday dinner. Unfortunately, the experience was a bit disappointing. The restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived, which I understand for 6:00 PM on a Tuesday. We were seated in a booth, which was nice, but the window area right next to our table immediately caught my attention. The window itself was dirty, and the inside ledge next to the table had cobwebs and what looked like dead bugs. The photo I took does not really do it justice. It looked like that area had not been cleaned in a very long time. For a surface directly beside where people are eating, that really should not be overlooked. The wine glasses already on the table also appeared dirty, with what looked like lipstick residue on the rims. That is something staff should be checking before guests are seated. On the positive side, our server, Meagan, was fantastic. She was attentive, helpful with food suggestions, and handled a billing issue very professionally. My parents each ordered sangria, and the bill originally showed them at around $14 each, even though there was a sign on the table stating sangrias were $6 on Tuesdays. After we pointed it out, Meagan brought the sign to her manager and returned with an adjusted bill. We really appreciated her help. The food itself tasted good, but both my meal and my mother’s were cold when they came out. I had the lobster ravioli, and she had the shrimp and scallops. Since it was her birthday, we decided not to make a big issue of it at the table and instead took most of it home to reheat ourselves. All in all, it was not a horrible experience, but it definitely was not the birthday dinner I hoped my mother would have. Meagan was great, and the food had good flavor, but the cleanliness issues and cold entrees really took away from the evening. The restaurant could use a serious deep cleaning and better attention to food temperature before plates are served. Not likely to eat there again anytime soon.

    I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to take a moment to recognize MacKenzie at Carrabba’s. I grew up with my grandparents owning a restaurant, so I know firsthand how much of an impact a great server can have on the overall dining experience. MacKenzie is hands down one of the best waitresses I’ve ever met. She is always warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. What amazes me most is that no matter how busy the restaurant gets, she still gives every table the same level of care and attention. She never makes us feel rushed or forgotten, and somehow always finds a way to make us feel like we’re her top priority. Her positive attitude and friendly personality have a way of brightening our day every time we see her. What really sets her apart is how much she truly cares about her guests. A while back, Carrabba’s removed my favorite pasta dish from the menu. When I mentioned how disappointed I was, MacKenzie didn’t just apologize and move on—she took the time to talk with the kitchen staff and somehow managed to have them recreate the dish for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture and something she absolutely didn’t have to do, but it perfectly reflects the level of service she provides. In fact, we enjoy having her as our server so much that we literally plan our visits around her schedule! The food at Carrabba’s is always great, but MacKenzie is the reason we keep coming back. She consistently goes above and beyond, makes every visit feel special, and reminds us what true hospitality looks like. Carrabba’s is incredibly lucky to have her.
