  Went today ... Ordered wings and Large wedges. Wedges came first, barely warm and only a handful. Asked for a manager to either give us $8.00 worth of wedges, or take the order back. (I took a picture but cant post on here) The wings came and were Way overcooked HARD, and hardly any sauce. We both got 2 carrots and 1 stalk of celery each. $34.00 and was totally a waste of our Money and time. The manager did bring us another order of wedges, after we had to complain. He did tell us, they are required to weigh them, and he agreed that our order was very "slighted". No more for us. There are plenty of other places to eat. 👎👎 double thumbs down.

  Don't order food for pick up here. When you come in to get it, no one will be at the front desk and you may wait 15 - 20 minutes just get the status on your order which is already late.

  Got here at 11pm and they didn’t want to sit us. If you you’re in a rush to go home, maybe don’t work in this industry.

  employees are lazy and just give bottom of the barrel and refuse to make more. paying almost 6$ for fries and they throw in half a handful. not to mention 80% of the time their ranch is awful and have to ask them to replace it because it taste like straight mayonnaise. food is always cold even if you eat inside, and they take forever to do anything. empty drinks sit on the table for half an hour and employees are never to be found in an almost empty restaurant

  Where do I even start… I hate leaving a bad review. When our party of 11 arrived, we asked the hostess for a table. She initially said no problem, but after seeing how busy it was, she told us they couldn’t seat us at the moment. We completely understood and politely asked to be put on a waitlist. We even offered to split up if that made things easier. She didn’t respond—just nodded and continued wiping menus, without giving us any clear direction. So we were left standing there unsure of what to do. Eventually, someone in our group suggested we sit in the bar area, and the hostess shrugged her shoulders like “K” . When we got there, it was clear the staff wasn’t happy about it. We were later told that we shouldn’t bring a party into the bar area next time, which was confusing since it is first come first serve and was 3 different checks so….. Our waitress, however, was lovely and did her best to accommodate us. She even told us that a party of 11 could be seated there since there was space available. We were also informed there would be a wait before our order could be taken, which we completely understood and agreed to. We really tried to be as flexible and easygoing as possible, especially after coming from a wet baseball game and just wanting a place everyone could agree on. The food wasn’t that good but it will do. Unfortunately, the lack of communication from the hostess and the clear annoyance from management made us feel unwelcome. It was disappointing, especially since we were doing our best to cooperate. The table we sat at in the bar area was first come, first serve and open when we arrived. The attitude and the “to busy we want to be done” attitude we felt was unnecessary. We came in Plenty of time before close!!!
