  This evening’s experience at Bonefish was not the greatest. Once we sat down at our booth, we ordered our drinks first. Our server came out with to-go cup drinks instead of glasses. She informed us that she gave us our drinks in to-go cups because they didn’t have any clean glasses at the moment, and that she would return with some glasses as soon as it was available. Well, she must of forgot because she never brought it. Once we got our appetizer, we realized we didn’t have silverware. We had to sit and wait until our sever showed up and we had to ask for it. She also did not bring any plates for our shareable appetizer. I asked the server for the salmon entree and an add on of lemon butter sauce ON THE SIDE. My fiancé ordered bang bang shrimp tacos. When our food arrived, my lemon butter sauce was directly on my salmon and it also was partially on my rice. Either our server made the mistake, or the kitchen did, but regardless, I wasn’t pleased. My fiancé mentioned to me that he did not like his meal at all, that the tortilla was tasted stale and old. He gets the same entree every time we eat there and he did not enjoy it this time. My food tasted decent and it did come out hot, so I appreciated that at the least. The bathroom had no hand soap in BOTH dispensers. I guess I can’t even properly wash my hands. It’s not my responsibility to have to get the attention of the business in order for it to be refilled. Unfortunately, i’m not sure we will return here.

  Bonefish used to be a destination but clearly that has changed. We arrived around 6:15 to a mostly empty restaurant. We waited 32 minutes before they took our food order. We sat for 35 minutes before our drinks arrived. The salmon (ordered medium rare) was way overcooked and a pathetically small portion. I would say it was smaller than a lunch portion. The +$3 premium asparagus side was also overcooked and tasted canned. The +$3 premium truffle fry side was just buried in seasoned salt and no hint of truffle. The kids cod was extra greasy and borderline rancid. I tried one bit because i was starving and it left a foul taste in my mouth. I don't know if the oil was really old or the fish was going bad or more likely, both. Slow, nonchalant service and bad food, with no hint of concern from the manager we spoke to. What's not to love? lol

  I’m writing this review on August 5 at 12 PM. Whoever the staff are that were working during this time are terrible. Upon walking in we immediately noticed that black guests and white guests were seated on two different sides of the restaurant. The hostess had no manners and was clearly segregating the guests. First red flag noticed immediately. When we sat down at our table, there was a waitress with short black and pink hair that walked passed us several times without acknowledging us at all. We sat for a good ten minutes before we decided to leave. As I left I let her know that we were leaving because we were sitting there without getting helped or acknowledged and she said “I’m not your waiter” and that the person behind the bar was. Even if that person was our waiter, she never came over to greet us and the waitress that kept walking past could’ve at the very least said “your waitress will be right with you” but instead she kept walking past us like we weren’t there. There was barely anybody in the restaurant. The waitress and the hostess need training immediately. I would never return here.

  Cock roach at our table...waitress came over to get it and drop it and said oh well and walked away...three of us ordered the same dish with 3 different looks but was told they were all the same weight. Food tasted ok but the potion sizes were off...some got baby broccoli and others got large pieces....would have thought it came from two different kitchens. We had two different waitress one from the bar and the other....way too many visits to our table interrupting conversations...4 visits just for the check and how it was to be split.

  I recently visited your establishment and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp, the wonderful atmosphere, and the excellent service. However, I noticed a change in the quality of the crab cakes compared to previous visits. While they remain well-seasoned and flavorful, the recipe now appears to contain a high proportion of breadcrumbs and significantly less crab meat than before. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as the crab cakes previously tasted superb. I hope this feedback is helpful, and I look forward to returning soon. Best regards,
