- DKDalton Knox1 day ago2.0Ordered a medium #10 combo in the drive thru like i always do. Only question asked was "is mayo and pickles okay on the sandwich?", to which i simply said yes. Was rather rude when she asked though. She gave me my total which seemed lower than normal (usually $10 and some change), so i asked "you have me down for a #10 medium combo?" And she looked at me like I was stupid and said "did you want fries?" 🧐 I thought she was messing with me, so I gave her a look and when it was clear that she wasnt messing with me I said "in general, a combo comes with a drink and a side, usually fries...". Without saying anything to me, she just turned away, pressed on her screen, turned back to me and said $11[and whatever the change was]. I was so baffled by the discrepancy that i just said nevermind and drove off. When i called the store to talk to the manager, she took ZERO accountability for the store or the employees and made it all about it being my fault for not clarifying... WHAT? Has the lowest common denominator of society fallen so low that people dont know the different between a combo and an entre? If i wanted just the sandwich and a drink, I wouldn't have asked for a COMBO. Yall need to get your heads on straight.

Definitely could’ve waited to get back to North Carolina for the true experience. VA is really missing out. I’m not quite sure if my total was correct considering the receipt doesn’t show any information.
