  I ordered three cheese roll ups... they gave me three tortillas. No bites were taken. They look the way they look because I was in disbelief of how hard they were and cold. Wondering where the cheese was I started to unravel them, and found that most of it was full of Blank Space. What little cheese there was was so thin that it couldn't even be scratched off the tortilla. I honestly don't understand. I know they're not trying to save resources because my husband got fries and they absolutely smothered them in sauce and cheese to the point that they were soggy... so they're not stingy they just don't want to make cheese roll ups I guess???

  Last month I ordered the cinnamon twist and they tasted weird. I just thought they forgot the cinnamon and sugar so I let it go. Last night I ordered chips and cheese and it tasted the exact same way as the cinnamon twist on the last visit. Disgusting, burnt, chemical taste. I can only guess that the fryer needs the oil changed, but I can’t be the only one who won’t be going back.

  They only sell tacos when they want to they only want to sell chicken which is nasty if you order u better check it before you leave the store

  Terribly Slow! Horrible Service! Waited over 25 minutes for our food. Had to go inside to receive food after ordering from the drive thru. This has happened the 2 times we have been to this location. Don’t waste your time!!!

  I had to wait for 30+ minutes in the drive thru. I understand places get busy sometimes, but this is ridiculous. I've had that long of a wait inside as well. This is completely unacceptable. The only redeeming quality is that the staff are usually very nice. Something needs to be done about this ridiculous wait time though. It's fast food, it's supposed to be fast.
