  Tried this place 3 times now. First 2 times the door was locked but online said they were open and phone said they were taking deliveries. 3rd time door was open but nobody got with us and there was no buffet like advertised. Wait just for another customer to point out they have a sign INSIDE buffet is Wednesday Thursday and Friday. Put that outside beside your buffet sign you are advertising. Domino's and the Italian place down the road came though for us.

  Picked up at the drive-thru. Used to have Pizza Hut years ago, but not from this location. Was not impressed with the pizza. Looked like substandard ingredients. Looks like a cheap frozen pizza from the grocery store

  Waited a whole hour in the drive thru for my order then the dude proceeded to give us the WRONG pizza. The pizza was cold and stiff.

  The Pizza Hut in Franklin VA advertises that their buffet starts at 11:30. We got there at 11:32. I figured they might not have everything out yet, but I wasn't prepared for a completely empty buffet. And their ice machine is broken, so we had to purchase bottled drinks separately. Food finally started coming out at 11:50. We were so NOT impressed. The employees all shared this lack luster look, like they didn't want you there, they didn't want to work and they most certainly didn't want to have to stock the buffet. I don't think we'll be back to the Franklin Pizza Hut ever again.

  Went to the door it's bolted closed even though the hour say it's open. Then I realized you have to go through the drive-thru to pick up your pizza. So I called the place to order a pizza but I got a 32 hour-long menu where they're advertising positions for hire. I'll go down the street to Applebee's much less hassle.
