  Purchased an order through the drive through at 1618 on 5/17/26. After paying for the order I sat for 20 minutes waiting to get to the second window. When I arrived to the second window I was informed they had no sodas. That’s not an issue as I understand things happen. I asked for a refund for the drinks as I paid extra for them. The employee said no then got an attitude and cussed at me. I decided to leave as I felt my and my children’s safety were at risk. I do not know the employees name because I was not given a receipt and I don’t feel safe going back.

  Service should have zero stars. This is by far the worst Service experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. They were out of an item, which is fine, when I asked them to remove it from my order the lady said do it from the app. When I asked how she got an attitude as if I was doing something wrong by asking. There's no option to remove individual items from your order on the app after its paid for. That item was never removed. Then they gave me the wrong order never actually attempted to be cordial or just customer friendly. This place is absolutely terrible. The management needs to step it up. Food was not prepared well either.

  Service was SLOW. I waited at the counter for about 4 minutes. Others as well I then went to the kiosk, ordered and waited about 10 minutes. Didn't seem like a personnel shortage. I got my meals, thanked the attendant, she just look and walked away. we like McDonalds, just not the service here. Thank you

  Close this store. I arrived at 11:00 am on a Saturday. The drive-thru line was around the building with several cars pulled over to wait. I ordered on the touch screen, which did not print a receipt. Staff did not bother to fix it when I informed them. The men’s room sign was missing and the restroom was not especially clean. I waited over 30 minutes for 3 standard chicken nugget happy meals, a McChicken meal, and a 10-piece meal with no modifications. When the food was finally ready, the nuggets were not hot and fresh. The sandwich was not properly cooked in the middle. Several times I saw an employee wander off to search for a customer to hand an order to. Many customers complained about the delays. This store clearly suffers from poor/absent management.

  I live in the city of Franklin Virginia and this is the only McDonald's within 30 minutes of us. It is constantly disappointing in many aspects. First of all a lot of the times the food is 100% wrong. Either I am given the wrong order or my order is correct. Today was the last straw I went to go get my daughter a Happy meal and when I was handed my food I was handed two bags when I mentioned I ordered a Happy meal they told me that the food in the bag was the Happy meal food but they did not have a box for me. Total last straw for McDonald's the box is what makes the Happy meal the puzzles on the outside the joy in a child's face for having their own little container. Something needs to be done with management at this McDonald's it is not always the employees it has a lot to do with management allowing this atmosphere to continue. Not ordering enough happy meal boxes that is absolutely insane for a McDonald's I will be leaving a review every single time I eat at this McDonald's and I will be reviewing accurately whether they disappoint me or not I have a feeling that the disappointing reviews will stack up I hope somebody pays attention
