  Either they need more personnel or work faster, people wait a lot here, is always like that, our Service member deserves a better service, they only have minutes for lunch time.

  My first experience at Panera Bread was unfortunately disappointing. We went through the drive-thru for lunch and ended up waiting around 20–30 minutes for our order. After waiting that long without any updates, we decided to go inside to check on our food and see what was causing the delay. Instead of receiving an explanation or apology, we were met with rude customer service, which made the situation even more frustrating. As first-time customers at this location, that was not the impression we were hoping for. We eventually decided to ask for a refund because the experience had become more of a hassle than it was worth. I understand that restaurants can get busy and delays happen, but communication and customer service make a huge difference. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled left a negative impression. Hopefully, this location can improve its customer service and communication moving forward.

  100% recommend ordering online. Went through the drive thru they said 40 min wait! Went the next day and ordered online prior. It got delayed ~10 mins due to so many orders. Even people dining inside were ordering online! Inside was a little small, but they have outdoor seating as well. Staff wasn't overly friendly but not rude either. Food tasted delicious and fresh/hot.
