  Who orders a strawberry poppy chicken salad WITHOUT THE CHICKEN?! Every year, I look forward to the strawberry poppy chicken salad, minus the blueberries. My husband made the online order an hour before pickup and this location wasn't busy when he went to pick up our lunch. It wasn't until he got home about a half an hour later that we discovered there wasn't any chicken on my chicken salad. I tried to call but the number doesn't work so I couldn't even call to complain. Quality assurance was not done today. They obviously aren't taking the time to check the accuracy of pickup orders. It's unfortunate that this is the quality of service at a location that is on a military base and at the service to anyone who has access to the base. Will not be patronizing this location any more.

  If you have 15-20 more minutes than the average Panera to wait in the drive through for cold food this is the Panera for you.

  Very good. Drivethru can be slow at times due to the limited food options on base, it gets crowded with long lines.

  This is probably one of the worst Panera Bread's I've ever been to, I'm serious. I've ordered here a couple of times through drive thru pick up and the service is great, employees are fast and kind. I got the pick two and I chose the avocado chipotle sandwich with the wild rice and cream soup. The first couple times I noticed the sandwich is a smaller portion than other Panera's give but I thought it was just because it's a different policy here at this location. Other than that the soup was the same as usual, creamy and thick consistency. Now, this is the fourth time I've gotten the food but it was just so disappointing. I got the pick two and chose avocado chipotle sandwich with the wild rice and cream soup. The sandwich was SO small, smaller than the portion they already give. The chicken inside was shredded and super chewy that I couldn't even swallow it. The soup was literally like water consistency and if you know, this soup usually has a way thicker consistency. Terrible food, I'm definitely bummed out about this location, I had higher hopes.
