  Ordered pepperoni pizza, bread sticks, and wings, called to request credit for the horrible bread stick , kept getting transfered to the manager and she couldn't find my order so she put me on hold and never came back and then hung up on after the 3rd call. They SUCK! Will never order from them again and calling corporate office tomorrow!

  We ordered a Large Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust Cheese Pizza with Feta Cheese, Fresh Spinach, Bacon as toppings. The side of the box shows those as the toppings. What we received was certainly not a stuffed crust pizza. In fact the crust was smaller than the Large Original Crust Cheese Pizza we also ordered, though maybe that is by design. But either way, there was zero cheese in the crust. In addition, there was zero feta or spinach on top of the pizza. We had bacon, but that was it. Very much a disappointment, and certainly not "epic". We drove 30 minutes home before we found out the issue unfortunately. We normally order from Dominoes as it is closer to our house, and we have never had an order wrong. We happened to be on this side of town today and wanted to try Papa Johns again and this happens. Will not make that mistake again.

  I would recommend you stay away from this Papa John’s. We ordered a large pizza drove 40 minutes home with it , got ready to eat it and discovered it was not even cooked. The whole crust was undone under all the toppings , doughy a mess. Call the store to see if they would help us out . Manager Caleb refused a refund , refused a credit on a future purchase and refused a discount on future purchase. Apparently too many people try to scam them so they don’t trust anybody. I said I would even text them pictures and they said we don’t accept pictures. Wanted me to drive 40 minutes back to their store which I could not do , when they clearly just could’ve let me send them pictures over the text. I would’ve had the date and the timestamp of the Pizza box proving it was undone. Very unprofessional, they have definitely lost us as a customer and a warning to all check your crust!!!!! Something you should never even have to say to someone when you’re ordering a pizza.

  No menu with prices. No itemization on the receipt. Nearly $30.00 for one medium pizza and one Phillycheesesreak with no drinks or extras. Prompted to leave a tip. Food not all that good. No acceptable business practices here!
