- ALApril Long5 days ago1.0I would give zero stars for service if possible. This Bojangles has gotten worse and worse. On one occasion, we had to wait for some time all to be given everything but the chicken. On another occasion, we got home to find out we had no biscuits. These are not cheap meals. We are spending $50-60 dollars for a meal and are not getting everything we pay for. The last time we went to Bojangles we came home with no cole slaw and apparently the staff and manager were too busy playing around to pack the food correctly that evening. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Held up at the drive through for 10-15 mins because the AI system order the wrong thing, then waiting for refund approval and then for food to be made. The manager was so kind and professional but the AI is frustrating and makes me want to Never order drive threw again.

When I ordered I wasn't asked about sauces or I would have paid for them. When I asked for the sauces the waitress gave me two but I had bought 12 pieces of chicken. The only reason she gave them to me is that they were very busy because I offered to pay for them. I will never go to Bojangles again.
