Got there one day hour after opening told we will have to wait 20 min to cook the steak and had to wait for them to finish queso. Staff has been so grumpy towards my kids and I when making orders if we say we will wait. We visit Chipolte a minimum once a week because kids love it but this one has been by far worst we have been to past couple times. Really need more organization here

- RCRobert CarwileSep 8, 20261.0The Chipolte in Farmville Va has to be the worst Chipolte in the state of Va. I have been to this location three times in the last few months. Each time worse than the time before. I stopped in today and the food options were almost empty and cold. Not even warm, just cold. I ask about the white rice and the steak and was told that she could scrape enough out of the container to make my order. It was rough. I ordered chips and they were stale and I was double charged. The young lady making the burrito busted the end out of it and then wiped it in the floor to get it off the counter. Then wiped her hands on her clothes and proceeded to wrap the burrito. I tried to contact the manager directly but no one on duty knew who that was. It was like a bad TV prank show. It took a lot of work to be that bad.

He was extremely helpful, friendly, and made sure I was taken care of. He also got his coworker CJ to remake my bowl, and everything came out perfect the second time around. I really appreciate the great customer service from both Jackson and CJ. They handled the situation professionally and made sure I left happy. Great job to both of them!
