  I used uber eats to order from this store. Since they don’t deliver to my area. Well, they were missing one whole pizza from the bundle deal. Uber eats has an AI customer service and only receive very little partial refund which I disagreed with. I tried calling the store to explain my problem, they basically said speak to uber eats. I understand the issue has to be resolved through uber eats which unfortunately they didn’t. But the issue was cause by this store to begin with. I’m out $15 bucks. Uber eats, the driver who did’t verify the order and pizza-hut for sending missing unsealed items to begin with, are getting one star.

  I’ve literally never in my entire life taken a bite of pizza then refused to eat any more. What is happening Pizza Hut? Total waste of money I ate something else for dinner 🤮🤮

  We found hair in the pizza, it was cold by the time it was delivered, and the chicken wing container wasn’t closed properly, so the buffalo sauce was all over the inside of the bag. We tried reaching out to the store multiple times and were either cut off or left on hold endlessly. Overall disappointing experience.

  Thought I’d give their breaded boneless wings a shot since I usually like their pizzas. Huge mistake! While the food did come out quickly, it quickly became apparent that it was because they give no effort in making the wings. You can see in my photos that all 3 orders I got were hastily made and the wings were barely covered with sauce. There was just a little more sauce at the bottom that I had to scrape out to give the wings more flavor. Definitely not worth my money. C‘mon Pizza Hut. Do better or stick with just making pizzas.
