  I've ordered from this location many times and it's always been a good experience. The order has always been right, they are friendly fast and the pizza is hot and delicious.

  First time ordering from Pizza Hut in a decade. Not a great experience. I ordered two large pizzas, one Thin Crust and one on the new Tavern Style crust (wanted to try both, as I'm a big fan of tavern-style pizza). They omitted the Tavern Style crust from the order and just gave me both pizzas on the same old Thin Crust base with the raised edges and standard triangular cut. One of the pizzas was supposed to have their pesto sauce drizzle as one of three toppings, and this was also missing. One of the other items came with a side of fries, and it was the most ridiculously small portion you could imagine — like 8-10 individual fries, didn't even half-fill the portioning sleeve they came in, and the 2 packets of ketchup that came in the sleeve accounted for about 1/3rd of the contents by size. It was as if there was just a half a handful of old fries left in the corners of the warming tray and they didn't want to make more to fill the order. I tried a few different varieties of the new Melts item (essentially an uncrimped pizza pocket inside a thin and crispy cracker-crust type shell), and while these were okay and had a reasonably generous amount of filling, all of them were sitting in an inexplicable pool of grease within their box that completely coated the underside of each one and made them very soggy and sickly to eat, completely soaking your hands with grease just to pick them up. Got a variety of boneless chicken wings to try out a few of their different sauces and dry rubs. The "Buffalo Burnin' Hot" (supposedly their hottest sauce) was not remotely spicy at all, to the point where I was left wondering if they messed this up too and gave me the standard mild buffalo sauce instead. The other seasonings like Lemon Pepper and Cajun were fine-tasting on their own, but they do not actually "toss" the wings in these seasonings to coat them as opposed to just putting all the plain cooked wings into their portioning sleeves and lazily dumping a spoonful of the seasoning powder or sauce of choice over the top of them, leaving you with a mound of dry salty seasoning powder and uneven coverage where you get a mixture of plain bland bites and nasty ultra-concentrated over-salty bites. The delivery service was also poor. Everything came stacked together with the boxes crushed down on each other, and tied up tightly double-knotted in plastic bags, basically steaming all the hot food in its own moisture during the short two-mile delivery drive. All of the food, except for the two large pizzas that came in normal pizza boxes, was soaked in its own condensation upon arrival, the individual carboard boxes all wet to the touch coming out of these wet bags, with the food inside — the boneless wings, fries, etc, all a sad, wet, soggy mess. This was a late evening order, and the delivery driver also ignored our delivery instructions, "Leave at Door, DO NOT KNOCK" instead knocking loudly and waking the whole house.

  This place has good customer service. I've been here several times, and they take the orders seriously and have them ready on time. The only complaint I have is that the parking lot is really tiny and it's hard to park right in front of it.
