- IZIbtissam ZBADIJul 4, 20261.0As an Uber Eats driver, I had a terrible experience with this location. They gave me an incomplete order but insisted it was correct and refused to take responsibility. Both the customer and I tried calling the store for about 30 minutes, and no one answered. I had to go back to the store, and instead of apologizing for their mistake, the staff acted like they did nothing wrong. No apology, no professionalism, and no respect for customers or delivery drivers. If this is how they handle their mistakes, I can’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.
- TRTimothy RhodesMay 16, 20265.0This store is great, the last two times I’ve placed orders on the app. I like a ridiculous amount of sauce on my pizza, so I call after I order to let them know and they oblige.
- TBThaina BuenoJan 31, 20241.0Horrible customer service! Order came wrong and “they couldn’t do anything for me”.
- KWKatherine WilliamsJun 29, 20221.0The order was quickly processed and out for delivery, but I received the "on its way" text at 8:25 and it didn't arrive until 9:12, despite the shop being 5 minutes away from my home. I understand they deliver multiple orders on one trip, but over 40 minutes is ridiculous. The delivery man was then surprised when we did not tip him. On top of this, I ordered cheese sticks with garlic sauce and was instead given marinara. And, as you can guess, the cheese sticks were dry and getting cold. I've had much better experiences with other locations and will definitely not be ordering from this one again.
