It was actually Easter, and I had a long, emotional day—I had taken my mother to the hospital and, being 8 months pregnant, I hadn’t eaten yet. I was exhausted and overwhelmed. But an employee named Anthony completely turned my day around. His attitude was amazing—so polite, patient, and genuinely kind. He treated me with such care and respect, and in that moment, it meant everything. This is exactly the kind of customer service we need more of today. I’m so grateful for that experience—it’s honestly going to be a core memory for me of how customer service should be. God bless him!

I went to lunch there every day for a week when a relative was hospitalised, and the food was really good, the staff were kind and professional, and the service was very quick and organised. They seemed to understand that their clientele were patients/family members/staff and kept things quick and tidy which was very appreciated considering the circumstances at least of my reason for being there.
