- ABAngela bonillaSep 19, 20211.0The website and app were down which was frustrating already in itself, so I called to place an order I explained that I had more than one address listed under my phone number and to deliver to my home address I even said the address out loud and spelled it. You know what they did instead they delivered to my grandfather's address. So what was the point of paying the delivery fee and tip when I still had to go out and drive to pick up the food?! I'm really disappointed, it was so inconvenient if I had wanted to pick up I would've chosen that option.
