  They tend to mess up your order, i would check your food before even leaving the drivethru. I went and ordered and my entire order was wrong

  This morning, I rushed to this location to make breakfast. Normally, I don't make it if I get to McDonald's after 10:30 am. But today, I was able to make it. I placed my order at 10:40 am curbside and another at 10:42 am. I received my second order but not my first, even though the second came pretty quickly. I waited until 10:48 am., thinking maybe someone else received my first order. I ended up going inside it was really busy, but customers were getting their orders quickly. I told the cashier I was there for curbside pickup, and it had been over 10 minutes longer than usual for my order. I waited another 5 to 6 minutes. Once I got my order, I left. But when I checked my food in the car, I was missing cheese. I went back inside and told the staff I didn’t receive any cheese on my sausage McMuffin. They went to the back and gave me one that was cold. I told them I’d waited over 15 minutes for a warm McMuffin. I waited another 5 to 8 minutes, then asked for a manager. The manager never came, so I asked again and explained what happened. He offered me another sandwich, but by then, breakfast was over. I asked for a refund and told me it had to go back on my card. But I explain to him I used the McDonald app. He gave me a different refund amount. Now I’m not receiving my refund because they put the wrong number on my card. All of this took 25 minutes of my day for a 5-minute curbside pickup.

  2nd time I’ve waited over 20 minutes for a curbside order. I’m never coming again.

  Why is it so hard for these people to mix your McFlurry up? Why do they always put the topping on top and hand it to you? What’s the point of having a mixer to mix it up if they never use it? It’s so simple but yet every McDonald’s I go to never mixes it up.
