  The store is clean and well stocked but I often run into employees in different positions who're struggling at the more basic level of employment. Most recently I had a checkout person unable to understand the Month/Day/Year format on my ID, she got confused and flustered and needed someone else to read it to her. Also there is a habitual panhandler that hangs out front and asks for money.

  The staff and managers at this store are absolutely appalling. The manager refused to accept my valid U.S. documents and demanded my Ukrainian documents instead—which I didn't have with me, as they aren't valid for use anywhere here. Two Black men were extremely rude and unprofessional. I am outraged; my documents are accepted everywhere else—I use them for work and to live here legally.

  There is a cashier who never treated me with respect. When I wanted to return an item, she was rude; she seemed to assume I understood what she was saying. I shop here all the time, but this is the last time.

  I came here to get sold-out Weetabix after Amazon said delivery in 7 days. Also scored a Nature’s Promise whole chicken on sale with great quality produce for a Hainanese Instapot chicken and smashed cucumber salad for dinner tonight. Grateful to satisfy all my British and Chinese food cravings in one stop 👌

  I recently went to Giant to get balloons and the employee Abdulhadi helped me. Not only was he willing to help us even though he was working in a different department, but he was extremely kind, professional, and willing to meet every request we had. His kind smile left us thinking about how one great experience can make your day and be willing to come back to the same Giant every time we need something. I would suggest him for the employee of the month as I have never experienced anyone more helpful and pleasant in my life and I go to this Giant every day.
