  I just left this store feeling extremely uncomfortable. I was using the self-checkout along with several other customers when a store clerk came over and stood watching me as I scanned my items. As soon as I selected the option indicating I didn't need any bags, she immediately approached me and told me I needed to select the bag option. The problem is, I wasn't taking any store bags because I have reusable bags in my car. More importantly, she wasn't watching or approaching any of the other customers the way she was watching me. For context, I am an African American woman and was the only non-white customer checking out at the time. I don't usually assume someone's actions are racially motivated, but this interaction left me feeling singled out and profiled. No customer should leave a store feeling this way. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be shopping here again.

  Great store with plenty of choices. Hot foods and prepared take out is really nice.

  This is my favorite Giant location to go to, however, customer service at the seafood counter needs to improve. Whenever I need to get something from the display, no one is ever behind the counter, and I and others in line need to wait 5-10, sometimes 15 minutes for someone to notice that there is a line forming.
