If I can give this place a zero star I will. This has to be the worst service ever. I asked for eggs over medium and they brought out scrabbled eggs twice and give me an attitude. The food is trash service is trash. Don’t waste your time here! Food taste sooooo bad- this place needs a zero star don’t come here ever!

Thank you for the exceptional service!
Especially to Nur K. (Hope spelled correctly)
There was a small issue with my to-go order, and he personally took it under control and resolved it quickly and professionally at the highest level. Truly appreciated the care, attention, and customer service!

This was my first time trying Uyghur cuisine, a unique Muslim culture from northwestern China. Wonderful people and food.
Our server was unbelievably kind. We talked about her culture with live music playing in the background and it turned a normal dinner into a cultural experience. It was amazing. My wife and I both left with our hearts full for these wonderful people.
Food wise - we ate the Langham noodles and Korma chop. Both consisting of a high quality hand pulled thick/chewy noodle.
The Langham noodles are a staple for Uyghur cuisine. They are this unique blend of almost a goulash with Chinese noodles. Hard to describe. This dish contains no soy sauce.
The Korma chop is another traditional dish, but this one is much closer to the Chinese cuisine we are more familiar with since it's stir fried in soy sauce.
We liked both the noodle dishes.
We also tried the Kawsa Samsa which was a unique pastry. It was a soft almost mushy dough with an airy, savory filling. Quite unique pastry wise from anything I've had before from other cultures and was both our favorite of the night.
I also tried the honeydew yogurt drink. Not as salty as other yogurt drinks I've tried in the past, so my western palate enjoyed it. My wife thought it was much too strong. Very unique.
Fun fact - most Uyghur people arent lactose intolerant compared to most chinese poeple, so dairy is prevelant in their cuisine.
While the food isn't going to be anything that wows you/knocks your socks off, it's more of a simplish home cooking style resturant. Very homey. Would highly recommend. Great way to learn about a new culture.

The best Uyghur cuisine I’ve had—every single dish was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly without being intrusive, which made the experience even better.
There were three of us, and we each ordered different dishes—every one of them was delicious. We’ve tried the same cuisine in different states, but this place is truly the best of all.
There are no photos because the food smelled so incredible that the moment it arrived, we couldn’t resist—it disappeared immediately.
Thank you so much for the incredible food—it genuinely reminded me of my country, which I miss 🤍
