- OOOlympia1 day ago3.0I’m a long time customer at this location and come 2-3 times a week. I liked this chipotle more than the ones I went to a lot in NYC. I’ve been disappointed, however, that their points scanner has been taken away. It has been gone for weeks and looks like it won’t return. I cannot redeem my points at this location anymore, and am seriously considering going to a new chipotle location from now on.

Then i order - i ask for rice. They gave HALF a spoonful. I asked for extra rice and they said no. I said seriously, thats it? And the guys like “no i cant give you any more”. Ok, fine whatever. Then they give a baby sized portion of chicken and i walked out. Poor kid in front of me in line also asked for double chicken and they gave him one scoop worth and he told them “hey this isnt double chicken”. And the workers start arguing with him. So this is obviously not just a me issue. Other people were complaining about portion sizes in line as well. I get if a restaurant gets busy, but you dont skimp out on customers because you failed to prepare your inventory. People pay money for the food and youre giving half a serving size? Thats not the customers problem. Absolute trash location. Go to any other location but here!
