  I would give no stars if I could. This was my first time visiting this location and I’ve waited 1 hour for my food yesterday during the buy 2 get one. The first bowl was made correctly. However, the employees hid the two other bowls that were made incorrectly. I duplicated the bowl 3 times, thus I expected them to be the same. I was met with a tortilla with barely any of the items I’ve asked for. It was literally on the top of the bowl. The second bowl didn’t even contain protein when I’ve paid extra. I was not the only one experiencing this either at the chipotle at Mosaic location.

  Words cannot express my disappointment for this Chipotle location. Ordered via Uber eats takeout. Upon collecting my food: - Barbacoa was missing. They begrudgingly added - Rice portion was non-existent. It's the cheapest ingredient - Guac was inedible due to the amount of salt added. Went home and added a mashed avocado to it. That was the only way I could eat it - Steak had been clearly sitting for too long, likely longer than deemed safe by ServeSafe standards. It was also unsalted/unseasoned. I consider myself a chipotle super fan, so this review hurts me :/

  If I could give less stars I would . This location is always out of something , and have nasty attitudes and will say we don’t have corn or guacamole at 9:25 pm When you close at 11 it’s really uncalled for . Teach them some manners at the next meeting . And prep enough food to where your not telling the customers proudly you don’t have chips guac or corn or salsa hours before the establishment closes

  Customer Service here was horrible. I ordered my food online at 7:22 and I had to go through so many dashers and received a message saying my order wasn't there. I was charged for delivery and I had to pick it up myself. They told me they didn't see my order and one of the dashers said that the manager spoke to them and said there was no order under my name. They didn't care to look on the computer until I had someone walk in and as for the order at 9:10 in bad weather. I paid an extra fee of $6 and got not credit, no refund and even worst my order didn't come as I wanted it because they ran out. Charged for delivery and didn't even get the food I ordered.

  Do yourself a favor and go to Cava across the street or drive to a different location. I eat chipotle at least once a week and tried this location today. They gave me the least amount of chicken I’ve ever had in my entire 10 years eating at chipotle. I took all the pieces out of my bowl and it was only 6 pieces, I said something about it in the line and they ignored me. I also told them and scanned for a free chip and they still charged me for it. They gave me a free guac to make up for that which was decent.
