- BBBoMay 10, 20264.0The food was consistently good — especially the nuggets, which were fresh, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the meal. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kept things moving smoothly even when it was busy. There’s also a large seating area, making it easy to find a table and enjoy the meal comfortably. Solid spot for a quick lunch or casual meal in the Falls Church area.
- YGYan GaoMay 9, 20261.0Love chik fil a in general but felt like I have to write this review about this particular branch and their curbside/takeout service. Multiple times in a row, they have messed up my takeout or curbside order. Last time, they completely forgot my curbside order on the side, and only after 25 minutes realized they had it all along. Today, all I ordered was 2 ice cream cups for curbside parking spot service. After 30 minutes of nothing, I had to call up the store and remind them of my order. When the 2 ice cream cups finally arrived, they got the order wrong and had to go back to fix it. A 30 minute wait to get the order wrong is completely inexcusable. If this was an isolated incident I’d let it go but there’s been so many instances that I felt compelled to write this review.

It’s probably the ownership… Which is a problem across the country and through the national brand… The owners… The kids who work for them are great.
- MMMichaelApr 15, 20264.0The food was pretty good. I ordered the chicken sandwich and fries as well as nuggets and a brownie. I had a milkshake as a drink and overall all of these things were good. The parking was rough due to the fact that it was a busy shopping center. The service was unfortunately below average. The employees were kind but took a long time to get me my food. I have been here now multiple times to be able to post a fully legit review and although the food was good the service was just too slow. I believe it took me about 20-25 minutes to get my food and once even around 35 minutes (waiting in curbside for the 35 minute experience).
